Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

Magic Dynasty Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, or related products.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
